Sometimes committing to a pre-paid retainer package isn’t the right option. This is why I offer a pay as you go hourly rate for ad-hoc work.

This flexible option is perfect for clients in need of seasonal support or for small one off tasks or projects.

Retainer packages are a cost effective option for those clients who want a set number of hours per month.

By signing up to a retainer you have secured my time and you can budget accordingly.

Sometimes a fixed price project package is more suitable. A detailed quotation will be provided following an initial consultation.

Examples include setting up social media accounts, document creation and organisation and management of events.

Fees are subject to a minimum charge of 1 hour. The hourly rate will be charged in increments of 30 minutes, rounded up to the nearest half hour.

All my time is tracked and a time report will be included with every invoice (excluding fixed fee projects).

Monthly packages run from the first day to the last day of each calendar month and hours cannot be carried over to the next month. Hours must be spread evenly over the month and set hours and any deadlines must be confirmed before work begins.

All packages include unlimited email correspondence and use of any of my software packages (such as Canva) should they be required.

Should any job involve a high level of additional expenditure, such as printing, postage or my own mileage, these will be outlined and agreed in advance and billed at cost.
